We’re popping up with our first ever Bristol takeover from 12th–14th February

After 12 years dishing up street food favourites at festivals and events across the UK from our beloved vintage Airstream caravan, we’re finally touching down in Bristol.

From 12th–14th February, we’re bringing the Shakey’s experience to 6 O’Clock Gin at the Glassboat for our first three‑day pop‑up in the city. We’ll be cooking every evening from 5–9pm, serving bold, comforting Southern-inspired dishes with a lunchtime service on 14th for Valentines Day from 12-3pm.

Kick things off with Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, smoky seafood chowder or our plant powered Gumbo Z’herbes. Then dive into our signature sharing skillets packed with BBQ babyback ribs, 24 hour buttermilk fried chicken, Nashville hot pork belly or a bold veggie line up of buttermilk fried oyster shrooms, braised molasses cabbage and fiery Naga elotes. All the soulful sides are coming too, from Cajun rice and succotash to crispy grits and sweet potato mash, finished with a slice of classic pecan pie.

We can’t wait to introduce ourselves properly to Bristol, from our Airstream beginnings to our first step aboard on the harbour.
